People say that "NOBODY IS PERFECT" and some say "PRACTICE MAKES MAN PERFECT" which is correct?

No one is perfect but GOD. What they mean by practice makes perfect iis for example, when you do something & arent good enough than keep doing it & you will get better to a perfection. But man him/her self are NOT perfect.

how u say that man is imperfect, without him how this world changed u may notice, then I think man is perfect

Nobody's perfect and even with all the practice in the world no one can be 100% perfect. Anyone can strive for perfection, but it's not the same. It's still being absolutly perfect.
