My longest trek was a sponsored walk along the penine hills in the UK.
The distance was 23 miles and it took in 4,900 feet of ascent altogether.
It took almost 11 hours and I could hardly walk for three days after, it felt like I was'nt joined to my hips any more. (more preparation next time I think)
