JamesBong I think I would have to put myself in the Complex catagory. I'm very shy normally but online I tend to let my personality out a lot more, also I don't like to go out amongst crowded areas but I love to walk the hills to wind down and find some solitude.

JamesBong I prefer to add spices before or during cooking, I like the taste to onfuse into the chicken or whatever else I cook. I find that adding spices after can leave "hot spots" while the main ingredient is still bland and tasteless.
