LG Secret or Samsung Tocco - Which would you buy

I have been trying to decide for a long time now which phone I should buy and which is the best value for money. Please give me some suggestions as to which phone you would buy?

I have never heard of the Samsun Tocco but of all the cell phones I have used since owning one I like the Samsung brands the best. I have just had better service out of them.
