superman007 I think the best thing to do is to increase your daily intake of Iron. Even better, go to your doctors and explain your situation to them and im sure they will sort everything out for you.

superman007 Yeah I get about 40 - 50 spam maila each day. Most of them are in my spam box in Yahoo which I automatically press 'empty'. I should really look into it as sometimes important emails are mixed in with the spam. Wow, I didnt know that what spam meant. Cool.
