Recently,I found myself had been eating a lot compared with previous days. I has became greedy and eaten more than three meals in a day. I often eat snacks nowadays which I didn't take last time. What has happened to me? I should control my weight. Starting from now,I have to eat less,no carbohydrate,no snacks and no fat. I really have to set a target for me. I am afraid my weight will increase uncontrollably. Do you have any effective tips on controlling body weight? Please share with me,thanks.

If eat no carbohydrate or fat, i think u'll get faint all day, so better reduce it step by step, don't do it to extremely, ur body won't handle it, and i think the most important thing is exercising, since it helps a lot, with exercise u'll be able to control ur weight, and be healthy :)

Well, I try to exercise everyday and eat properly. Since gas prices are so high, and I have a very demanding work schedule, I just take the chance to walk a good distance (more or less a kilometer) and with a fast pace so I'd sweat. Then, I try to avoid fatty foods and junk foods. During weekends, that's the time I do weight lifting to increase muscle mass and at the same time, increase my metabolic rate.
So far, I'm doing ok. More than 54 lbs have been cut off from my weight in 3 months. I'm now at a steady 5-10 lbs per month weight loss and I regulate my exercise so I won't get tired at work. Take care.
