My fiance and I were just talking a few minutes ago and I told him that if I applied at this place I could apply to I'd be wearing a certain kind of apparel. He then told me that he likes mylot because they don't have a dress code. I told him, "yea but look at how many people could be doing this naked." I don't want to know. Anyway, So does anyone else agree? Do you like mylot because there isn't a certain dress code? How many of you do this in your pajamas?
Have a great day!

Yeah I know we were talking about how great mylot is because there is no dress code which means you do not have wear uncomfortable clothes just to make money, which is one of the things I hate about having a real job,is usually you have to wear some sort of uniform which can get very annoying at times, and causes many people to hate their jobs, and ultimately end up quiting,I love you.

Well I'm not sure about the quitting part, I'm sure a lot of people do use that as part of their excuse. Especially if they have to wear a chicken suit or something. I appreciate you response babyness!

I have had friends or other people I know who have told me that they quit because they could not stand their uniforms or what not, even though there are probably other factors involved,I love responding to your discussions, because they are always well thought out,I love you with all my heart and soul, have a great day, good luck on mylot ,and Happy Posting.

I hate having a dress code at work. I worked in a call center where we made telemarketing calls, and received service request calls for various companies. We never saw our customers, and they didn't see us. However we had a dress code. It was really stupid, we couldn't wear shorts that were too short, or straps on a sleeveless shirt that were too thin, we couldn't show belly button or tummy or too much cleavage. We couldn't wear skirts that were too short. This was all stuff that affected the females in the call center. For men, their only real restriction was they couldn't wear muscle shirts or shorts too short. I felt that the women were being pretty much discriminated against.
The reason they said they had a dress code was because if you look good you supposedly work better. I personally work better when I am comfortable. PJ's sounds good to me!

If I were to really work in PJ's I would definitely be in big trouble. I'd fall asleep so fast. I suppose they really had that strict dress code so work could get done. You worked in a call center, most likely it wasn't the most exciting job. Have a wonderful day!

Lol, yes I wouldn't mylot in the bathroom. I would be really scared of getting something wet. I do have a laptop, but most the time i'm in a comfy chair in the room where his parent's desktop computer is or in the den. We have an ethernet cord, and it's only like 25 ft so that's really as far as it can go, othern then our bedroom which is across the little hall! I appreciate your response!

I'm writing this in my pajamas! Just woken up and had breakfast. It's great to be home and yes, no dress code is a big plus. I hate to dress up for work.

Yep, I do like that there is no dress code. I am lounging in the recliner wearing crummy but comfy clothes while the rest of my clothes are being washed (multitasking! ). Though I am lucky that my new job doesn't have much of a dress code, I still feel I should dress decently for work, which is not always comfortable. But here I can wear whatever!

Well sometimes worn out clothes make the most comfortable! It's funny though as even if a job doesn't really have a dress code it seems so much more comfortable to dress for success (even if that means uncomfortable). I appreciate the response!

Hi SomeCowgirl,
That is very true about not having dress code! I was working for 8 years having to wear dress code all the time..LOL!and I was glad to get rid of those uniforms when I resigned! LOL!
ANyway, I used to have skirts or shorts with blouse while Mylotting!
Or during night time, use to just in my sleep wear! So comfy!

I am usually always in my night clothes unless my fiance and I are going somewhere. I'll hopefully be getting a job soon, so i'll most likely be wearing my uniform. I know how it is to wear uniforms, especially if it's just not your style. I had to wear a tuxedo to work sometimes, and I know it looks great on some girls, but I just couldn't pull it off! I appreciate the response! Have fun posting!

Ah, well some people don't like pajamas. I don't like shoes much myself, but there not to bad. Around the house though, there's no need for them. Most people won't let even guests wear shoes! I appreciate your response!

I like myLot because it allows me the freedom of responding to discussions that interest me. I can work here on my own time and my earnings are always based on how much work I put in. In terms of not having a dress code, it's just an added bonus. I actually want to work at a place with a dress code. I know it's a little stifling to be wearing suits all the time, but for me, one's dress code reflects the company's culture of being serious about business.

I hadn't thought about having to have a dress code. In that respect, MyLot is great! I get up in the mornings, like now, eat breakfast, and sit down at my laptop here in the Den. I sometimes take off my gown and put on slacks and shirt. But this morning,I ate and just sat down in my gown. I'm still sitting here. The only time I would worry is if the doorbell rang! But it's not too likely where we live. Not too many people visit and my children live a long ways away. This is nice not to have to put on certain clothing to do your 'daily work' on the Internet.

I love not having to wear a certain thing to work here! The upmost comfort for you then! . No one here ever really knocks, and if they do they've seen us in our jammies! I appreciate the response.

I like to mylot in my nightgown. I like to be comfortable because I know once I go to the computer and get on that the place I land and am here for a long time is mylot. Know I would rather not know how many of the members do it naked. I like the fact that there is no dress code.

Hi SomeCowgirl,
I know there probably are also. Think about this. It's a good thing that while we are on mylot that they don't have where a person can actually see who they are talking to. Something to think about.

hey, I think I'd like Mylot anyway, even if it were for the dress code. It's one's own will to be in what one is comfortable. I usually am in my night clothes as I respond to Mylot in night-time. I guess it would be fun to have a dress-code for certain days, if everybody's sport.

Actually that's sort of a good idea. For all the people who post pictures of themself, they can post a picture with a certain outfit on just to be funny. I'm sure it'd get a lot of responses, especially from a few of the people here. I respond during all times of the day, it doesn't really matter when. I appreciate your response to me, Have a wonderful evening!

Lol, well I was really just referring to the fact that we don't have to get specially dressed for using mylot, but I agree that those are also good reasons. Welcome to mylot and I hope that you have a very wonderful and equally as happy day here!
