How you say sorry?

If you are in a place where you need to say your sorry but afraid they will reject you consider this. What do you have to lose by simply saying I am sorry? Do not say it will never happen again just say you are sorry. However be very sure that you truly are and you know why you are apologizing. If you are only saying it because you want to get back with them but inside you don’t think you were wrong it will come out and you will not even appear to be sincere and that will be your down fall. You already do not have that person because of what ever happened. Saying your sorry and being rejected will put you right where you are already. As for how to say it. Begin by trying to think how you would react to I'm sorry if it were you who needed the apology. Would you believe they really mean it or not? Could you except an apology from them if they had done what ever cause this to you? If you can say, yes it would make me feel much better to here them say it, then you have your answer. Again....what do you have to lose by trying?

When you are afraid to come front to that person or afraid that she/he might just reject it,then write a letter telling him/her how you feel and how much you cherish this relationship and then invite him/her for a conversation to clarify misunderstandings and give out your apologies.

I used to say sorry to people whom I hurt.. I don't care whether he/she will reject it but still I will ask an apology to him/her especially if I know that I hurt him/her so badly.. Saying sorry sometimes are not easy because they said it will lessen or degrade your personality but for me I don't care whether what people will think but what is important I ask an apology to the person whom I've hurt..

I would just say that i am sorry just because i am not really good with apologise. I really can't say that i am sorry for something that i have done that was bad.. Now i say that i am sorry for stupid stuff all the time..

Sometimes saying sorry seems difficult.. but its a small word that can have a big impact.
