Favorite form of exercise?

When you are in an exercise rut and want to kick start your weight loss regime again what form of exercise do you usually do? For me it's running as that reconditions my body quite quickly and it's one of my favorite forms of exercise.

i do 3 hours walking in the village.. and an hour running at the park.. that just makes me feel good

Running on a treadmill - This is what I like to do. A treadmill is a great way of exercising. You can either keep it like you are walking on a road or you can incline it and you are climbing on a hill. It is a great way to exercise.
I like to use the tread mill. There is a place right across the street from my house that has a fitness room in it. It doesn't cost anything to use. They have a treadmill in there that I use all the time. Now what I like about the treadmill is I can incline it and get the going up hills benefit of the exercise. I bring my portable CD player and listen to music while I am on the treadmill. I stay on there any where between thirty minutes to an hour.

I like the treadmill as well and that's usually what I will use on my breaks at work when I go to the gym. I will usually set the incline really high and just walk hills for a good 20-25 minutes. It really gets the sweat going!

crunkyjens running is a great way to do it. It not only burns out the extra pound but feels good as well. However, I usually do a lot of treadmills. Running in the open is always better but a night mare for me. We are into much of pollution these days with no control measures! Go green thing has just been started and I am trying hard to kick off my CO2 habit.

I get alot of excercise from intense house cleaning. I PUT MUSIC ON AND YOU ARE BENDING STOOPING SCRUBBING , RUNNING ARROUND,,,,,AND ITS ALSO GETTING YOUR HOUSE CLEAN TOO.

I never thought of cleaning as a form of exercise but I guess you're right! You do quite a big of squatting, lifting, and running around. And don't forget pushing that heavy vacuum!
