Hello all, Does anyone know of any support groups for the spouse of someone suffering from depression in the London (UK) area? I've googled, but my Google Foo is low. Cheers, Mike

i am in the middle of starting a peer support group in my area for people that suffer from chronic pain. if you dont find any, look into starting your own. i would suggest calling local agencies/hospitals that deal with people with depression and go from there.

depression kills the mind and spirit.going to a support group is helpful, but you also go to meet with people who have their spirits killed also. you need to help the person acquire great mind power. which will help to overcome depression, attaina positive attitude and increase his personality. get books, download manuals, it is a do it yurself thing...cos how long do you think you will have groups around you? www.amazingtouch.blogspot.com
