My Mom who is turning 83 this October 4 has been bedridden for 3 months. Her lower backbone according to her X-ray showed a crack that became the source of severe pain when she would get up. She underwent therapy for a week but it did not help. The doctor said operation is not advisable at her age and just gave painkillers for relief. She was a pitiful sight and my heart was really breaking. My tears would fall each time I would see her helpless in her room, no appetite, not talking and seemingly destined to spend her remaining life in bed. I had no one but the Lord to go to. Morning, noon and night time would I cry unto God for Him to heal my Mom. This morning the Lord answered my prayer, my Mom got out of her bed all by herself sans the usual crying and killing pain and then she told me her wristwatch needs a new battery! What do you think did I do? I embraced her tightly with joyful tears flowing from eyes. Mom, you are well, thank you Lord!!!
Have you ever experienced how God answers prayers? Please share and let others know His wonderful mercy and grace!

Yes my dear, exactly God extended the life of my mom. I would not want my Mom to be bedridden at old age. That would be so pitiful and I can't really bear it. But God is so good and I praise Him so much. And yes, I have endless thanks to Him. Thank you my friend for caring to drop by.

God is Good all the time. he doesn't leave us, he's always their for us. And he doesn't give any problems that we cannot overcome. On your story ma'am was only God's trials for you and your mom. he won't let it happen if he knows that you can't overcome on it. Because God loves us All.

That's a good news! God does not really forget those who truly believe in him. The effort you've shown to God has been so immense and HE said its enough my child and He gave you what you have been asking for.
I have several prayers that was answered by Him and I will still continue on believing and praying for Him even He don't gave all that I prayed for cause I know He was there to help and guide me.

You've blessed my heart and you made me cry with those kind words Casper. Thank you so much brother! Yes God saw how I really cried all day and all night. It was a difficult time. I love my mother and I would not want to see her in pain. If only I could substitute then I would. But God is good. I trusted and rested in His word and He heard me!

Wow that is an amazing story and there is no other answer to that but a real medical wonder perhaps and a miracle coming from God! I am happy for you and your mom that she could again live the life that she deserves. I should also congratulate you on your perseverance and non stop faith in Him. Many would probably lost hope when they see that medical science has given up on her, but for you to continue your faith against the reality your in. I guess your prayers has really been answered. I thank God that I read your story.

Yes rsa, it's an answered prayer. I really claim it is and this a a big miracle from God and will praise Him forever for this! That's the beauty of faith: it is the substance of the things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen. I prayed with so much great faith and hoped for an answer even without any physical evidence that healing could be possible. And yes, God gave what I hoped for.
Thank you for dropping by and God bless!

All Glory, praise and honor to Almighty God. He is so awesome. When he works it is always in his own tme. He knows just when to answer our prayers.
It took me a whole year to get some money that was due to me. I was so financially exhausted, I fasted many days and prayed, and I told the Lord, that when he gave me that money I would pay my tithes on it. God truly answered my prayer in his own time, and he honored it right on time, a few thousands would have seemed too much to gave back in the eyes of many to help with God's work. But to me it was nothing compared to what God has done for me.

It's indeed a miracle and God knows how I thanked Him for that. Yes, I could see her improvement... this is already her second day and I see her appetite getting good unlike before that we just had to force her to eat. So I am really happy and so thankful to God. Thank you for your good wishes on my Mom.

That is a very good news..God never really fail us His believers..i had many answered prayers from God..the most special one is my Board exam result..i took exam last June 2006 i did pass the examination i was already working then i have new found friends then a news came to me that i am one of the re takers of the said exam..i really wept that day i feel so sad but still God gave me a strong support system my family and singles for Christ..they lifted me up when i was down and gave me the courage to take the challenge and re take the board exam i really prayed hard to him..went to Baclaran church,Quiapo and even to St. Jude and had asked for help..then i got a good news again i have passed the board and now i do not have the image of scandal of that board exam..I am now free from all the thoughts of cheating..I really am thankful to Gos that He is always helping me..He gives me heartaches but HE gives me many things in exchange of those pains..

So you are one of those affected by the Board Exam scandal. My niece is also one of the takers of that exam and just like you. He also had a re-take after passing the first and he passed again just like you.
I am happy for you Kaezy because you have passed through that not so easy times and how you have been blessed with a good job. Thanks be to God.
