What is your favorite holiday?

My fiance has done a couple discussions on Christmas and it got me to thinking and I decided I would post a discussion and ask of you mylotters a few questions What is your favorite holiday?Why is that holdiay in particular your favorite?Do you enjoy holidays that center around family get togethers?Or do you prefer holidays where you spend them alone?If you have kids,what would you say is there favorite holiday?Why is that holiday there favorite?When you were a kid what was your favorite holiday?I would have to say that my favorite holiday would either be Christmas because I get presents but also because I get to see most of my family,since it is usually the only time the entire family makes an effort to get together,even though lately there have been less and less relatives actually showing up,or my birthday because I get gifts and because it means I am another year older and another year wiser(HAHA),and it is one day out of the year where I actually feel like it is my day,I also enjoy holidays like Thanksgiving where the entire family gets together and gives thanks,even though just like at Christmas fewer and fewer people will show up now,because parts of the family are fighting and not speaking with each other which is sad if you ask me,even though I also like holidays like Valentines Day where me and my fiance get to spend it alone and have a romantic night to ourselves,me and my fiance do not have kids yet,but I am sure that when we do have kids their favorite holiday will either be Christmas,Easter,or their birthday because they get gifts,and I would have to say when I was a kid my favorite holiday was Christmas because I loved getting up on Christmas morning and finding all the gifts that Santa Claus had left me,because there was no other feeling like it in the world,I will appreciate all responses I get on this discussion,and just like with all my other discussions I ask that you show complete seriousness,and give me honest truthful answers,and and as always it will be my pleasure to comment back on all responses but my comments will be determined by how lengthy and how much quality is put into the responses I get,have a great day.

That is cool that your favorite holiday is Independence Day and I am glad that it is the day you are free from the Japan colonist and other countries,and I think everyone enjoys Independence Day because everyone everywhere celebrates their independence and freedom,thanks for responding,have a great day,good luck in your life,and Happy Posting.

My favorite holiday is New Year because I believe that in every New Year that comes is the day that people could have a new life and new hope for the coming year. In new year all people feels happiness in their heart because they are with their love ones to welcome the New Year!

That is cool that your favorite holiday is New Year because I agree with each new year everyone have the ability to start a new life with a clean slate and have hope for a better year especially if the past year was a bad year for them,and I agree people feel happiness at New Year because they are with their loved ones as they welcome in the New Year,thanks for responding,have a great day,good luck in your life ,and Happy Posting.

I myself love Christmas! Not really because of the gift receiving though. I love the way people appear to be in more uplifting moods. The smell of the cookies baking in the oven, the glowing lights. There sre so many resons!
I especially enjoy Christmas because of my children! I love getting them gifts and watching the excitement on their facces as they open them up. Christmas morning is so nice being woke up by my kide telling me they want to open their gifts.I could go on and on, definitely Christmsa!

That is cool that you love Christmas and it is pretty awesome the way people appear to be in a better cheerful mood because of the season,and that is awesome that you especially enjoy Christmas because of your children,and I bet it is an awesome feeling to buy them gifts and watching their excitement as they open them,and I bet it is nice getting woken up by your kids as they tell you they want to open presents, thanks for responding,have a great day,good luck in your life,and Happy Posting.

My favorite Holiday is Christmas because it is always such a joyous time. I also love to spend it with you because you are my everything and the most wonderful person in my world. You make me happy, you make want to sing, and you make me feel like I am your queen. I do like holiday's that center around family because I feel that it's great to be around family. I also have to say that my family has not really had a Christmas either, as people quarrel and / or do not wish to be a part of the Christmas cheer. I know that neither of us have children but I do have to say that Christmas, Easter, and their Birthday will be their favorite as they will be happy to receive chocolates and gifts. I think that we should teach them the meaning of those holidays though so that they can respect them even more. I love you with all of my heart and soul and I hope that you have fun replying on mylot baby! Love you!

That is cool that your favorite holiday is Christmas and I am glad that it is a joyous time,and that is so sweet that you love to spend it with me,and I also love to spend Christmas with you because you are my best friend,my soulmate,and everything to me,and I am glad I make you happy and make you feel like a queen,because you make me feel like a king,and I am glad that you think it is great to be around family,and I know that your family also seems to have quarrels,so therefore they choose to not be part of Christmas,and I figured you would agree that those would be their favorites because of the chocolates and gifts,and yeah we should definitely teach them the meanings of the holidays so they give them the respect they deserve,I love you with all my heart and soul to Baby,I always have fun replying on mylot,and I hope you have fun to,thanks for responding,have a great day,good luck with your goals on mylot,and Happy Posting.
