what about you. do you need help to stay in a good sleep? maybe wake up during night? or lucky like me and sleep solid all night

I used to be a very deep sleeper, liek yo usaid I wouldn't hear a bomb. But the past 6 months or so it takes very little to wake me up. I have turned into such a light sleeper it's annoying! haha

i think i am a medium sleeper... i sleep pretty deep but i can get distracted pretty easily as well and i always wake up every night at least once to go to the toilet... but when i am really really tired, then i will be a deep sleeper and nobody can ever disturb me... take care and have a nice day...

I am also the same but the thing is i am not so deeper as you. I will sleep solid night without disturbance and i will get up morning only not in the midnight. I am really happy to say that no body will disturb night while i slept.

yes you would anyway.. its your sub conscious mind, that you worry incase anything happens and you need to be slightly ready for it. its similar to have you know you have to be up early next day for important appointment, you will keep waking up during the night

I was a very deep sleeper in my college days. I will never know if it rained in the night, if somebody was sick near me.,.even if something fearful happens. But after my son was born, I lost that habit. I wake up even for a small sound. My inner brain never goes to sleep and is always alert for his voice and movements. So nowadays I'm a light sleeper only.

hehe yea.. your sub conscious always alert.. but maybe sometimes we can condition our minds, wind or outside nature noises not wake you but sound of a child do

I have a sleep disorder called Sleep apnea. That means throughout the night I wake up. When I had a sleep study done it was found that I would stop breathing and wake myself up 57 times an hour. CRAZY!! I now have something that helps and I sleep VERY well now.

I can sleep through a war, and actually I did once. It was training but I had KP the night before so I was "off" and the "enemy" stormed our camp firing their weapons on automatic. I slept through the whole thing. Now getting to sleep hasn't always been easy for me and for the last 4 years I've been working nights. So I finally asked the Doc and he gave me Lunesta to help me get to sleep. I used to use the over the counter stuff and it just made me feel stupid not really sleepy, but this stuff puts me out and I wake up just fine.

light sleeper and it sucks every sound wakes me up. sometimes my mom is just standing in my door way and i kinda feel her there and wake up scared as hell that its a killer. then when she leaves out in the morning i hear her. or if its thundering loud outside. and if i have a cold my own snoring (cuz i dont usually snore) wakes me up. i havent slept a full night is soooooooo long and now i'm preg. so when my baby moves i feel it and wake up.

can understand that.. maybe should see the doctor if getting bad broken sleep.. now is the time you want to enjoy good night sleep before baby arrives, its already waking you up and him/her not born yet

I do tend to find myself a deep sleeper. My mom tells me I could sleep through an earthquake, wake up the next day and their is a disaster all around me and wonder what happened. Lol.
