pimple marks

hi mylotters... from a few months my pimples have increased. but wat bothers me is the marks that they leave behind... they dont go enen months after the pimples are gone... can u pleeeeeease suggest me a few tips to reduce these marks? i am waiting for ur replies...

Perhaps you eat too much meat. And the dishs are thick. I believe you eat more vegetable will help somewhat.

there are plenty of spot lightening products in the market, they can help but will take a bit long. if you want something more effective, i suggest a visit to your dermatologist since they usually have several types of products available for this..
