inutme So many beautiful places to see in China, been there a number of times. I want to go back in the near future. I want to see Jiuzhaigou, Guilin, Harbin, Tibet and Inner Mongolia, among others.

inutme I shop for seafood at the wet market (not the one in the supermarket) because prices are 50% cheaper and seafood there is fresh. I shop for meat and other groceries in the supermarket.

inutme The most neglected part? Really? At home, it gets cleaned every other day. Here in my apartment, I clean it once a week. It's very easy to clean, just squirt a toilet bowl cleaner then use a bowl brush to scrub and it's done.

inutme @amy: it's usually eaten half cooked as well, usually "cooked" in vinegar only. As I mentioned, it's also good in soup. It can be fried too. There should be other ways to cook it but I've only tried it this way..
