What is your favourite type of fish?
Until Saturday my favourite was Mackerel but it is starting to compete with Salom. I ad Salmon on Saturday and it reminded me of how much I like salmon as well. So now I am not so sure.
What is your favourite fish that you would recommend for me to try that I might like more than these?

Flounder is my favorite, but is has to be fried without the skin. I am picky about it, but I love it. We were on vacation in Flordia and I ordered fried flounder, and they brought me the whole thing, head and all, fried. Sorry had to send it back, I have learnt to ask now before ordering.

What do you eat it with?

My favorite is Milkfish (Bangus) in the Philippines. It's really delicious especially if it's freshly caught and cooked 5 minutes before you eat it.
