Hi paulyinBISU! I had watched it on TV. It was very stunning! I love all the performance and how China showcased it's rich culture. I don't think my country could match that extravagant performance. It was very interesting indeed. I love the song "Beijing Huan Ying Ni" on the 100-day countdown though I don't understand what it means LOL. I felt bad that I was not able to see it live. Hahaha. It was really good though and was something very worth to see. Be proud of it. Happy mylotting!

my daughter and i watched most of the opening ceremonies (china is 14 hours ahead of where i am in canada) and i thought they were quite impressive. it took many hours of practice to be able to orchestrate the happenings. i especially loved the keyboard and the fire works! well done! (why did you not like them?)

i think it's really great,wonderful,cool. it showed our four ancient inventions as well as our history,our culture,our moderm development,our progress.

Well, I am still glued to the TV watching the opening ceremony. I do see a lot of grand and innovative display. It is not easy to ochestrate such an event. It is a really grand affair.

Hi there paulyinBISU! Much as I wanted to watch the opening ceremony of the Olympics, I wasn't able to. I had to go to work today even if it's a holiday for our company. There were series of activities today that we were required to attend to like a seminar and a meeting and a whole lot more. I am disappointed as I was not able to watch at least the opening ceremony of the Olympics. My friends informed me earlier that it was really a blast! I hope to catch a replay on cable.

The Opening Ceremony is so great.Maybe the ceremony do not shows China well,It is great on the whole.

Hi, I really think that the ceremony was great! I don't know how much it represents china but I liked it. The drums on the beginning were fascinating, and that thing about the letters where they rise and go down making the big characters stand out was a thing to remember!

I am watching it right now.And now I am wondering how will the torch be lit.Let's just wait patiently and check it out.Enjoy the games.
