How lucky can you be to have wonderful veggies from the garden, but it becomes a little bit to much when you run out of things to do with it. I had green beans and summer squash so I added an onion and some seasons cooked it all together in the microwave and it turned out great, anyone else have ideas for different combinations?

I've been getting veggies from my parents who have a large garden. I've made salads and freezer pickles from the cucumbers. I made green been stir fry (with soy sauce and garlic) and added green beans to stew and casseroles, and froze some too. I've made salsa, sandwiches, and salads with the tomatoes.
Summer squash is delicious in vegetarian lasagna, casseroles, stews, grilled veggie sandwiches (with onions and peppers), or shredded in a zucchini-type quick bread.
