Do You Experience Several Break Down Of Internet Connection Of Smartbro?

in our place as of now, the connection is favorable no problem arise about but some of my friend experience down of their internet signal. some experience slow loading, have you called smartbro hotline for assistance? before when my line got problem, i will immediately call the attention of the firm and refund the amount during the break down. do you have problem with smartbro?

I just had a problem with my connection for 4 days last week. As in no signal from Smartbro. I've called for technical support and they only went after 2 days. And yet, it wasn't resolved. I called again, and after 2 days again, they went and finally checked all the possible of what might have caused my connection problems. As of now, I have not experienced slow connection. Hopefully it will remain stable. I just want to ask, what I have to do to refund the amount when my internet was down? Should I go to a smartbro center?

No, you have just to call their customer service hotline again. But make sure that the start date of your request for refund or rebate is recorded on their database, that is: 1. You have called and informed them on the day you have lost your connection and it has been properly recorded on their database. 2. The cause of your connection problem is on the technical side of smartbro and/or on your CPE (customer premise equipment; in layman's term, antenna package). 3. If you have met the above requirements, you may call them as soon as your internet connection has been restored so that the very last day where you have not a connection will be included. 4. You will be informed within 24 hours through text message or call if your rebate request has been approved, otherwise, you have to follow-up again. 5. If request has been approved, the amount for rebate will be deducted on your next billing statement. Please take note that if the problem of your no connectivity is due to your computer/hardware, you will not be entitled for the refund/rebate. Good luck and happy posting! :)

Well, it's far better than globe's service. I have some friends who are complaining about the bad CS of globe plus the delayed maintenance service of their tech support.

Hi kate. I want to know because I had connection problems 2 weeks ago and I reported it as soon as possible. Can I also get rebates even if I didn't call as soon as my connection got resolved. But I've kept the Service report number that the helpdesk gave me. The problem was with my antenna. They added another pole so I can get signal.

I also have this kind of connection and as far as I can remember for more than 2 years now we have been visited by their technical support thrice. The first visit was during the installation, the next one was when they have replaced the antenna because it was not working, and the last one was when the antenna cable was penetrated with water during the heavy rains which caused the internet connection failure. So far, in our area, the signal is good. I guess that is mainly because of the reason that the basestation where I am connected has not that many subscribers connecting to it. These basestations or as others call it server has the same function as a router. All of the subscribers connected to it are sharing the broadband capacity of the basestation. When too many are connected to a basestation and are using the internet connection at the same time, the traffic will be congested and the result will be slow or intermittent connection. This maybe is the reason why some of your friends doesn't have a good connection. You can never tell if your basestation is congested not unless you have a friend inside smartbro and would tell you the status of your station. If you would call their technical support, the only thing they would tell you upon checking and finding out that your basestation is congested is: We are having some technical problems at the moment, we are sorry for the inconvenience, our support group is already working on it, just monitor your connection from time to time, and so on... If you are always experiencing this slow and intermittent connection especially during peak hours and days, good luck, your basestation is congested.

last year we encounter problem with the base station that serve in my area, they upgrade it because of so many subscriber they have so it last for about 3 days. we are very thankful that we never experience loss of connection, longer than 8 hours.

i use smartbro. so far they are better than any server i know. if yo have any connection problems all you have to do is call them and they will re-align your receiver.

Hi, I'm a smartbro user too and despite their inconsistent speed and connections, I would still recommend it for wireless connections. It's my second year under their service and though I have on and off connections with them, somehow I am satisfied with their service. If you'd consider other connections such as Globe and Bayantel, they have their own flaws as well in which Smartbro is in advantage. And no, I am not a stockholder of smart ph. hehehe ^_^

it's my 2nd year also connecting with smartbro. all of the problem i've encounter is minimal so it's advantage than any other internet service.

I'm not a smartbro user but I do have some internet connection problem with my Bayantel DSL. Recently these past few weeks I've been experiencing disconnection while I'm online...that's why I don't care if there costumer service is already annoyed with me in calling them every now and then to fix my connection.

so far don't have problems with different CS, i treat them in a nice way, they must also treat me in a nice way.
