Pasta with a can of sauce is always a quick meal. I also like to stir fry frozen mixed veggies with garlic and soy sauce then serve on spaghetti noodles or minute rice. Breakfast dinner is always yummy..pancakes are pretty easy to mix up and you can actually bake them on a cookie sheet in the oven and cut into squares..that way you don't have to stand at the stove making 1 or 2 at a time. You can serve them with fruit. You could have a salad supper too (no cooking required)...just throw together lettuce, any veggies you like, a can of beans/chickpeas...whatever. You could also buy can of refried beans or puree a can of beans, add lettuce, salsa, (cheese/sour cream if you like) and wrap in a tortilla.

I have lots of simple dinner ideas. But i dont know whether you will find this delicious or not. :) 1. Deep Fried Vegetable you can use any vegetable you want. But for hard vegies (carrot, asparagus) you will have to wait a bit longer. Chopped onions and deep fry, use just a little amount of oil. put some oyster sauce (a spoonful will be enough), pepper, and some chopped chilli if you want. You can add some fish ball or chicken or beef. Mixed together. Then mixed the vegies together. If you use leaf type vegies, dont leave it too long. :) This is a healthy food for your body.
