what to wear?

[b]can anybody help me out here? im going to attend a wedding and i have a part in it. ill be one of the offerers. okay that is not my problem. haha! here's my problem. the motiff is red and gold. now i have a brown skin color and i know that those colors will make me look darker right? can anybody here suggest what color should i wear that would not make me dark on my friends wedding day? i have to buy a dress because the wedding is on august 23. thanks a lot to those who will help me out here. Hi skbh, I have a brown skin but I love gold..LOL! Just look for not striking type of gold! or if your prefer red, we can also find a nice cloth or dress which are red, not the bloody red!

I know you will look wonderful but I guess it's better to follow the suggestions above, consider white with these gold and red combination! I hope it's easy to shop..I know a lot of options in Manila malls!

yeah. haha. ive seen a dress i think would still fit for my friends wedding. so i might buy that and buy a shoe for that. i can't wear white because the bride will wear the white gown alone.

Do look for a white dress or something that has designs of gold and red. In that way, you'll still be wearing their theme but you won't look darker. Another thing is that, by wearing such color combinations, the color red and gold would be balanced by the white. Which in turn, would look more sophisticated than if you put the two colors plainly together. Just a suggestion though.. :)
