Are you a night owl?

Are you a night owl? Do you go to bed in the early hours of the morning? If not what is your time that you go to bed and get up?
I need to be more disciplined because I stay up till the early hours on the computer then don't get up till the afternoon. I hate that lifestyle and I know I need to break the habit, but it's difficult. I was just wondering if anyone else is like that?

For me it doesn't matter what time of the day it is. I go to bed when I am tired and wake up when I can't sleep anymore. I have a back injury so most nights I am in agonizing pain hence the sleeping part. I will go days without sleep most of the time. I try to have a set guideline of a sleeping pattern but I always fail at it as I don't know the severity of the pain I will have to endure for the night. If I do fall asleep it is in the wee hours of the morning and even then I wake up early in the morning.

I hope that you are putting a pillow under that knee when you are sleeping. It helps elevate it and helps with reducing the pain. Been through a few knee surguries as well. Been there and know what it is all like. Another thing is if the doctor told you to have ice. Throw an ice pack on as well but don't forget to throw it in freezer in the morning.

Yes, i've always been late to rise and late to bed, i've never been a morning person and i can never seem to get to bed or to sleep if i go too early. I don't dislike my lifestyle, i guess it would be easier to be early to rise and early to bed for things like work, but you can't change the way you are.

I would say I am a night owl. My body likes going to bed between 2-4:30 in the morning. I sleep best from about 4:30-10:30 am. Our schedule doesn't allow me to do that and I find I just don't sleep well. I toss and turn and still sleep best after about 4:30. However, my son wakes me up at 7:30!

i am for sure a night owel.hubby doesnt get home from work untill around midnight so i stay up to wait for him and then by the time he winds down for bed its around 3am so we go to bed then.even tho i still toss and turn for a while. then i have to wake up several times to feed my baby.and my oldest wakes up at about 8-9am.needless to say i am always exhosted!

Actually I generally head to bed around 10 or 11 pm. I don't do the whole all night thing...Hubby on the other hand worked nightshift for years and so he has no problem staying up all night long.

yes, i live at night. i mostly go to bed after midnight, and i will get up late and feel not so fit on day. yes you right, that's not a good habit. i wish sometimes i can break it and go to bed early then wake up early. several times i tried to go to bed early, but i cannot fall asleep before my usual time.

Right now I'm on my summer break from school, and I tend to stay up (well, used to. I cut back a bit) til two or three in the morning, surfing the web or watching television. It's a terrible thing to do, because, like you, I would wake up at noon and my days would go by so quickly.
I go back to school not this upcoming week, but the week after. August 18th. And having to force myself to get to bed early, and waking up early is a hard transition! Lol. One of these days, I'll learn my lesson.

i have been a night owl,but now i get rid of this habit.
i have tried to watch TV for the whole night at each weekend when i was a high school student.
now i find staying up too late is harmful to my skin,so i go to bed early.
