who do you think will win the world seris?

Angles and Cubs. Ill explain why. The addition of Mark Texiera has really helped make the Angles one of... if not the... best teams in the league. The Cubs have been dominating whoever they play... and i dont see them stopping anytime soon

I think it would be hard to bet against the Angels. They have recently shown their superior ability against the supposed competition of the Red Sox, Yankees and Rays. Dark horse in the AL may be the White Sox but I doubt if they would be the Angels. As for the NL, the Cubs and Brewers would be my picks but neither would beat the Angels.

I'd go for a pick but I don't have one. The one that has been dangerous so far has to be the Angels. That's a team on a mission destroying teams in their path. That team is leaving everyone in the dust. They destroyed the Red Sox and have been on a destruction path and have hurt the Yankees big time. The National League is open but it could come down to the Brewers and Cubs to go all the way. Both are just tough to knock down.

I like the Angles to win the world series. The have the deepest and best rotation in the majors, and their batting is now one of the best now that they added Mark Teixiera. Vlad and company are going to bring this team to the world series to beat the Arizona Diamondbacks, and then Fransisco Rodriguez will close the door and break the saves record. The Angels will win it all (despite me being a Sox Fan).

It's still too early to even speculate. But I am hopeful for the Tampa Bay Rays, they have the talents and the heart... and if they can win the AL east division(Boston, Yankees), then I think they can beat anybody!! And I can't count the Cubs out... because they are excelling in the toughest division in the national league, the NL central. They have the hitters and the pitching... so there is my prediction for the World Series... Rays vs. Cubs. It's pretty wishful thinking, but oh well that's what MLB is all about!!

Since my home team is the Nationals, there is absolutely no chance for the playoffs. So Alfonso Soriano in Chicago will be my pick for the world series. The Cubs have great starting pitchers in Chicago this year.
