What is the one illness that scared you the most?

What is the one illness that scared you the most? The one illness that you would not want to get or to die of? I know this is a bit of a morbid question, but it is an interesting question.
For me it is difficult to say I mean my Grandma has Alzheimer's and it is an awful illness, but I think the one that scares me the most and which I think is the one you would suffer more than any is Aids. I hate that illness it is a curse. So yes, that would be it.

Alzheimer's is scary...I'd hate to lose all my memories. The only illness's that really scare me are the really painful ones. I can't stand pain and I really hope that when my end comes it isn't painful.

I dread cough and cold, sometimes when my head is heavy and unable to move I pray to have a more serious disease than cold . it brings me down and I have seen my son getting near to bronchitis just because of the phelgm getting accumulated in lungs. so for me it is respiratory diseases which scares me most like asthama, T.B, pneumonia, bronchitis.

One illness that scared me a lot is acquiring eye cataract or any eye disease that will lead to blindness. I am very much afraid to be blind, loosing my eyesight is something I cannot bear. I will be very much helpless if i will be blind.

The illness i scared most is the illness you scared too, i dont want that kind of illness your right its curse!!
