Do you Sleep on your back or stomach?

On my side fetal position.

who knows i start on my side and end up on my back! i roll all arouind. that means it's time to buy a new mattress.

I sleep on my side.Toss around to the other side.Then sleep on by back to turn into a feutal positition.After some I sleep on my back.As I try to change position It will be morning and I wake up sleeping in my walk to the bath room.

I am a stomach sleeper. I have tryed to change that over the years as it is bad for your back. But no matter what I end up on my stomach.I had heart surgury a few years ago. Under the anasetic they had to restrain my arms to the sides of the bed as I kept turning on my stomach and they needed weights on me so I wouldn't bleed. So I guess I am destind to always be a stomach sleeper. How about you

i also sleep on my back. but i dont understand some people why sleep on their stomatch. how can they handel with their. i cant breath when i try to sleep on my stomatch. so people please tell me who read this how can you do this.

I usually sleep on my back, sometimes on my side with a pillow to curl up with.
