It's between hide and seek an tig, and that is if you completely ignore the variations of itg such as stuck in the mud.

We used to play "red rover" (did you play that? red rover cross over.. And we played "statue".. marbles.. hide and seek was a favorite.. when we got older we played baseball. We got to swim a lot because we lived by the lakes..

Freeze Tag :) Now that was loads of fun ^_^
And also who can throw their stuff animals up the highest... if it accidentally landed on the roof then cry until daddy comes home with the ladder

My family and I used to play freeze tag a lot. Even though it was always one of my favorite games, I usually lost. I didn't run very fast.

Mine was 4 square and Hop Scotch...those games where the best..i still play them sometimes..

It was definitely RED ROVER. We played it at church and school all the time. I wasn't very good at most sports, but boy could I crash through those held hands. HaHaHa! Thanks for bring back a memory that I had forgotten about. It made me smile to remember those times.
