My paypal account was not credited with my earnings

Hi friends...I am a member at Groundreport which pays its members monthly for the contributions.Yesterday when I logged in I found that Groundreport had credited some amount as my earnings but my Paypal account wasn't credited at all.Has such a thing happened to anyone of you?What can I do about it?

Groundreport is a citizen journalism type of site where one can post news and articles.and based on the earnings Groundreport generates from your articles you get paid by them monthly.
