The surveys that i really know and many members is here is the AWSURVEY.com but i dont know if that site is paying and really pay..

they will pay a few lucky ones to tell people that they really do pay, but unfortunately they will scam the rest.

I have never heard of that one before.Whatever you do dont sign up for Greenfield Online,they are a huge disappointment and a big waste of time.
