I normally do not cut my sandwiches before eating them, but this morning I cut my sandwich in half diagonally to make 2 triangles. My son likes his sandwiches cut in as many triangles as I am willing to cut them into. Do you eat yours whole or do you cut them?

hi,lilybug..
I dont cut my sandwich if it's just a small one but if it's a handful, I usually cut it into small pieces because i have a small mouth..and it isn't that messy to eat a big one..i don't even like the sauce dripping and some of the vegies starting to fall when i take a big bite..So, to make my life a little easier, I cut it..

I usually eat mine whole. Unless I get a giant sandwuch from a restaurant then I cut it. I cut my daughters into triangles. Sometimes into squares. Dpends what she asks for.

That's funny, my son went through a triangle phase too where he wanted his sandwiches cut into 4 triangles.
Then it was 2 triangles.
Now he likes 1 slice of bread folded.
I like mine cut, but will eat them whole.

I never eat my sandwiches without cutting them. All sandwiches must be but into triangles except for fried egg sandwiches. . . they have to be cut in half. Most of my hamburgers have to be cut in half also. Or I'll just tare them up into little peices. I know im super weird about my food.

it would all depend if i get it at the deli then i say cut ib half, but if im using slice bread at home then no i dont, i do the same with the rolls at home i dont normaly cut them i think that it makes less of a mess that way, when they cut it in half the meat and cheese tend to slip out from the bread an i end up getting mayo all over my fingers.
