exercise, go for a walk outside somewhere, hang out with my cat, sleep, look at magazines.

When I feel sad, I try to watch anything funny on TV whether it is a TV show, cartoon, movie, whatever. I tried drawing but since it's my hobby, it's not really helping. I know my mood's better when I start to draw again. Also, I try playing some fun computer games too. :)

If I feel sad, I listen to music. That has always been my therapy whenever I feel extreme emotions. Aside from that, I keep myself busy so I don't have time to even think of being sad. haha. That's why I love working. It keeps my mind off of things.

I either curl up with the mutt for a mid day nap, something I rarely afford myself, or I eat something I know I shouldn't have. (Like a whole cake just for myself! LOL)

Well if i'm sad i just think of things that makes me happy.I find myself something to read on or watch on so that i could'nt think of sad things.I also watch funny movies,it really helps a lot.If i would be thinking of the bad things it would just make me look more older.That's the reason why in my early 30's many says i look like 20 something.Well that's my secret,keep smiling everyday even if we are sad or problematic.

When I get depressed, I either read a book, watch a funny movie, or go to sleep. If I'm very very sad I let myself have a good cry, just to let out the emotion, and then I usually feel better. If my husband is around he always knows how to cheer me up, usually with a joke, a hug or something to make me feel better.

I read or watch a movie it helps alot.I had a vary bad day and watch Rush Hour 3 and laugh so hard it made things so much better.

Whenever I am sad I usually try not to think about whatever it was that made me sad and stay busy doing something else.

When I am sad, I usually go to sleep so that my mind will be refreshed or go to a quiet place where I can relax. Is only through this things where I can get over my sadness.

Usually i talk to my boyfriend to cheer me up. He always knows exactly what to say to make me smile. If you don't have a boyfriend then reading often relaxes me, i forget everything going on around me. hope this helps =]]
