Generally I do not snore when I am sleeping, but last night I was exhausted when back home, so I snored when sleeping, but strangely I heard my snore. Is this natural? Have you ever heard your snore when you are sleeping?

snebxu66 I like Saturdays most. On Saturdays I can lie in my bed late in the morning and go to bed late at night, unnecessary to worry about sth on Sundays, but on Sundays I always feel that the work days are coming and I have to go to bed early at night.

snebxu66 Of course drinking tea is good for health which was proved several hundreds of years ago, but we shall stop drinking tea temporarily when we have some medicines because tea has influence on mecicine effect.
