I could hear my snore

That's so funny! I snore on the normal basis, but i still wake myself up sometimes. It's usually when I'm just starting to fall asleep or when I'm drifting in and out of sleep. All of sudden I hear this loud, quick snore and realize that it was me.

Yup, I seldom snore; but like you, there are times when I'm in that half asleep-half awake state, that I can hear myself snore. I don't know whether this is natural; I've never really check on this!

hahahhaha.... oh absolutely its normal.... relax.... i dont snore at all..... but one day exactly like you i was very exhausted and i guess my sinuses were blocked so i started snoring and suddenly i got up with a jolt.... realising that i was snoring cos i was all alone in the room.... when i went back to sleep i started snoring again for the second time and got up also for the second time.... but yeah i guess it is natural cos i dont think you close your ears before going to sleep do you? and incase you snore a little too loudly then you aer sure to hear it and wake up :P

Oh my goodness the same thing has happened to me before!! One day I was really tired and took a nap then I started snoring and I woke up! I thought I was just dreaming, but then when I fell back asleep it happened again and I woke up again!! It was so strange, but I fell asleep again and I don't recall it happening anymore. You're not strange at all! I don't know if it's natural or not, but you're not crazy, haha
