cupcyke I sometimes eat bread for snack with iced tea. But usually I get along with banana and a glass of milk. Milk is always there in my snacks and fruits with it like banana and sweet potato. I also eat pan cake but just a few bites only.

cupcyke At night, when I'm lying my bed and cannot go to sleep easily I would listen first to love songs until I get sleepy and turn it off when I totally want to sleep. But rocks and even mellow music cannot make me go to rest it will just make me alive again.
