I'm not sure what to tell you. One time I went to a naturopathic doctor and he suggested oatmeal and okra. That combination did actually sooth my stomach at that time. What kind of food have you been eating? It is possible that you just need to eat something different for a while.

thanks for your prompt reply
I guess my stomach is too weak
i remembered that i just had one big pear that day
then next day, I feel painful and bilging with my stomach
sometimes i eat some cold food or the weather is cold, then i will feel like that
sometimes I feel hungry too much and then i eat food, the next day, i will feel like that
sometimes I eat a little more in meals, I also feel like that.
I realised i must take care of my stomach very much now

It sounds like you need to get that checked. You probably want to eat many small meals instead of eating a lot at one time. It would probably be best to get it checked now so that you take care of it before it becomes serious. Good luck with that!

thanks again. I will accept your good advice and take action. I will try my best to eat many small meals instead of eating a lot at one time. But it is a little difficult as I am working in a company, maybe my boss would not let me to have small meals during worktime.

Hi,I've also stomachache. But I don't worried about it now.About TCM theoty ,you shouldn't eat cold food or spicy food. For example ice cream and chili. Perhaps you can eat millet porridge and black kerneled rice in the morning . And you maybe have too mach pressure and insufficient sleep .Have a good rest!I wish you a speedy recovery.Good luck too you.

You have already symptoms of ulcer. Its better to eat in an exact time for meals. oatmeals and cereals is the best temporary replacement for your heavy meals. Acidic juices and sour flavor foods is not advisable for you. Most importantly don't eat too much if you are hungry just take it little by little.

Dear cup, thanks for your reply and good advice. I do agree with you that I have already symptoms of ulcer. I heared that drinking honey will be better for my stomach. I will buy one bottle honey in supermarket. I hope it is also effective for me. Oatmeals is a good way for me to have temporary meal in my office. I just can drink it as drinking water. My boss will not angry with my temporary meal. I will eat food little by little when I am hungry, so I plan buy one bag of oatmeals and put it in my office.

I alwyas have troubles with my stomach. I I eat sweets when I am very hungry, it hurst; when I eat too much junk, my stomach hurts... and since my baby was born, I always eat wuick so that when he screams, I can go see him quicker, I think that is making the situation worse... every once in a while, I make a cup of hot tea to settle my stomach and eat slower when I can.

First go to a Doctor. Pain due to digestive disorders needs medication. Try to eat only when you are hungry and only till you are hungry. Vegetables and Greens are easily digestible and provide fiber which cleans the whole digestive system. Keep off fatty foods, especially junk food for life. Hope you recover soon.
