Last night, i watched the last episode of the Star Power. I wasn't watching that when it started , just lately as it nears the final episode. It's because i chanced upon ANgeline singing 3 episodes ago and from then on i was hooked in seeing her sing.
Last night, i was so sure she would win and she did! I was so happy for that girl. She can really belt out a high note. In fact , last night because she sang those very high notes, the microphone got busted , it suddenly give a not nice sound, yet she continued.
Gosh, Angeline can sang so well.

Oh I did watch it and I know she will win that night.
There was really a great resemblance to Regine and she is also a power belter.
Look at what she did to the microphone on her first song.
I kinda frowned when I heard it, I know there is something wrong with what I've heard, fortunately they made that announcement.
What distracted me when I see her is her teeth that had grown out of way, but somehow, whenever they focus her face that night, you can hardly notice it anymore.
And her dresses suit her well. I guess green is the color of victory that night.
Did she ever joined other singing competitions on TV before but failed?

Yes, with money anything is possible.
That's basically what Rachel Ann Go did after she won a singing contest, she got a nose job!

Correct she has a semblance to Regine and the way she belts out those songs.
No problem for those teeth anymore, because she already have the money to have them repaired.

Why? What made you say that? Didn't you like her voice and the way she belts out those songs? Who was your bet then. I like Akiko too, because she has a nice voice too and she's cute. I like her hair so much!

Me and my wife also watched that show last night. It was the show before the Donaire-Montiel fight. I saw that part when the microphone broke, the sound was horrible. Good thing they informed us that that was because of her voice that literally took out the sound system. I was also sure that Angeline would win as she was the only one that stand out. Congratulations to her.

Angeline looks like Regine Velasquez not her physical outlook only but also her voice. I watched Star Power from the start and my predictions to that girl Angeline can really survive the competition because she has the characteristics of being talented singer. How I wish to have a voice like her...

I can't help thinking that it's regine singing, from the voice to the looks. They can even be mistaken as sisters, or maybe it's just the makeover. At the start I already predicted that the winner is going to be her. But as the competition progressed, i became so sleepy that I fell asleep before the winner was declared but my wife continue watching that told me who the winner was the morning after. I really thought that the mic would affect her ratings which according to the MCs broke down because of the singer's powerful voice. gladly it didn't.

The microphone that broke down, will not affect her ratings, because they explained why it was so. But even then, the people were already bent on letting her win because she still delivered it so well.
Just like you, my husband slept also, so i just told her the next day who won. She's our bet too.

i watch it last sunday, actually it was the first time that i watch it because it was the grand night. i heard from my sister in law that angeline is the best contender among the other because she sing so well. so when i watch singing angeline i say that she will be the grand winner and so it was her who win. i hope that she could have a very good career and she won't change.
