How do you show your commitment in a relationship?

Basically,when I think of commitment, there are only two ways,either through actions or words. Some guys tend to use words to give assurance to their partners as a sign of commitment to prove that they are serious in the relationship. While some of the men may use actions to prove their commitment and responsibilities. They give security in term of providing safe shelter,stable income and good future to their partners. So which ways do you prefer? For girls,how do your men show their commitment in the relationship? Please give opinions,cheers.

Well, I think words is not enough, always words and actions is a good mix to have this commitment, because sometimes words will not be enough for the other side to believe your commitment so you must do some actions to make this commitment dome true.

As a male, I prefer to use action more than words.
Nowadays women are not completely convinced by mere words, considering the number of players and cheaters that have all the right words to say.
I believe it is the little things that a guy does is what really shows a guy's true nature.
1. remembering things she said
2. remembering certain days that meant something
3. little favors done for her without any expectations
4. treating her also as a friend and not just a partner

i thnk to show the commitment you should always say how you feel at any given time and not hold in anything for anyone , id rather go on into a relationship where everything is said on the record , you know ..and also to say everything that you mean , be 1001 percent with your words , i really dont like fakery on love

First commitment in relationship true love with words and then action for prove it. All we have commitment also responsibilities nothing at all if our partner respond take it but not give it. I think most important in commitment relationship is consistency with true love for lives.

I am very proud of my Husband for everything he does. He shows his commitment and love by working, being a dad and loving husband. Specifically to me it's when he hangs around and I am in the worst mood. I know that if he's going to be there then at the worst then he'll never leave. Our trust for each other is very strong and that helps too.
