I have been walking, eating right, and dancing a whole lot in the last few weeks. I have drank more water and laid off the sodas and sweets. But my scale thinks I am lying.I know I am losing because clothes fit me differently then they did a few weeks ago.But the pounds are not coming off. I seem to be gaining weight and I don't know why. Please,if any of you have suggestions or might know why I am still gaining let me know what I can do. It is really getting frustrating.Thanks.

you say you have cut down, are you eating enough,if you arent then your body will hold on to all of the fat and calories it can as it thinks if you have made a drastic cut in calories then it will be starved. It will also slow down your metabolism. If you are eating enough then i would suggest seeing your doctor as there may be something they can do to help.

I know I am eating enough. I make sure to count my calories throughout the day.I make sure to eat at least 1500 calories a day. Body goes into stavation mode at under 1200.Maybe I do nee to go to the Dr. Thanks

Well, muscle weighs more than fat... so if you are burning calories and putting on muscle, then it makes sense that you would not be losing any weight... but your clothes fit differently. It seems like you are doing the right thing though, keep up the exercise along with eating right and everything will be good! Lay off the carbs too if possible!
