I always have a problem with gooky bulidup form over applying lip gloss, I don't think its over applying but people who see it suggerst that its that. The bulid-up would put youin the mind of dried glue, so any suggestions on eliminating that bulidup, so that my lips can stay kissably soft?

Put some lip balm on first and then use a dry soft toothbrush to exfoliate your lips because I think the build up is actually skin. If your lips are not soft and smooth the lip gloss will not "sit" on the lips properly and you can see the skin underneath. Do not use too much lip balm because then your lips will be too greasy. Apply the lip gloss a little at a time because it is easier to add than take away.

Have you tried exfoliating your lips forst? I have that problem with some brands of make up and that was suggested to me. I have an exfoliating lip thing (looks sort of like lip gloss but it has the exfoliating sand in it) and that seesm to do the trcik. Another thing you can try is keeping your self hydrated.
