How did the United States of America become so strong..

I don't know...They UNITED? Everyone can become powerful as long as they have the right resources. America acquired those in an earlier time and that made them strong. And by making all of the states United, instead of several country that can wage war on each other, They became one. I don't know, that's how I view it. They just had a head start, that's for sure. If other companies also had a head start, they will become powerful too. Look at the Philippines, there are many innovations that are started by our countrymen, but because the government doesn't pay attention, we are still stuck in the mud and going low low low even further. The Philippines is a bit off-topic, but that's all I can say about the US. First they are united, and second they had a head start, and third they do further researches to become better. Other continents are powerful too, like the UK and the European Union, it's just that the US is the one that is being emphasized more by the media, and they are the badasses who likes to start wars everywhere. No offense to Americans though, everyone of us at least hated our governments once in our lives.

I used to ask this question to my husband .. let me share my husband's view on this topic .. POLITIC .. In US a president is only allowed 2 term..so the President cant do too many hanky panky while he is in position because , when the next person takes over .. all the documentation are easily accesseble and can be publicized so the current president will not try to do damange or even if he does is at a very minimal level as he needs to keep his name clear. They do everything that can be only seen good in all their paper documentations. They do good to their own people and the people start appreciating them. meanwhile other countries like India .. the politic is based on family hierarchy .. the person will do everything for his family and collect money for themselves. Do you think my husban could be right on this ... ?

USA is one of the best countris now...but bef the arrival of USA ....we cant forgt the British the most & perhaps the best in the world in all aspects....can we forgt tht The US was also a colony under the British....After freedom US strtd building itslf & strnghtd its position during the world wars & emerged as a key player providin indirect support....later on they went2 create a lot of records....all this is achivd bec of 1. no corrupt politicians like india 2.no influence in other fields frm politicians 3.privatization & many more to keep sayin..

well i think that the main reason that they become really strong is they are really far away from other strong countries like european countries and russia, they werent struggling with other countries while they were getting stronger and also they didnt join world war 1 , they joined but when all countries were out of army so i think that the other main reason is they didnt involve in any race with other countries while they were improving their situation anyway happy mylottings all
