I am 19 i graduated high school when i was 16 in college and in a beautiful marriage. My life at this point is great. Alot of people ask me your to young. But i am in a stage of my life where i am ready to settle down. Does having kids have a "certain" age? or is there a maturity factor?

i think its maturity factor ~ there are some people that make great parents at a young age and some people that are in their 40's who dont need to have kids because they arent mature ~

babies - My two babies!
I had my daughter when I was 19. I would not change anything. Having children did not make me grow up, it made me want to grow up. I love having someone else to look after. I am 22 now with two children and it is the best experience ever.

I think you need to be old enough to support yourself. You just don't have the resources to take care of a family when your 15 or 16 years old and have a baby.

That's hard to say. I married at 16 and had a baby at 17. I had to grow up fast. But I wouldn't change anything.

i think it really depends, everyone is different. some 25 year olds have the maturity level of a 15 year old. having a baby at a young age though makes you grow up really fast.
