i signed up about a month and a half ago. the system was always down and then they were going from alpha to beta. basically, i didnt bother with ir for about 3 weeks. then recently i started up again and got to pro in a few hours....

natmommy7 yeah ash is cool and warm is golden, and the others are neutral. you have to be careful not to put ash directly over a warm color, because it can turn green or gray. using a neutral is the safest bet.

natmommy7 i used to work for Lancome, which was right next to the Sheseido counter, at Marshall fields (now macys)...anyway Shesiedo is primarily an asian based line and they have products that lighten your skin color. check it out.
