Anyone work for Cha cha? how do you like it?

i signed up about a month and a half ago. the system was always down and then they were going from alpha to beta. basically, i didnt bother with ir for about 3 weeks. then recently i started up again and got to pro in a few hours. i was so excited.
well, i have made about $2.00 in two weeks! its pathetic, im here most of the day and i never get searches. i just have to say i am very disappointed with the whole system. not to mention all the pranks lately!

My sponsor makes at least 100 a week! I am still training. It all really depends on the time you invest. Not to mention the popularity of your search keywords. I was nervous at first but not i've got the hand of it. My only cheif complaint would be it's tendancy to freeze up.

I signed up to do it, but it seems really disorganized. I have no idea how to even start training. I'm lost on there!

Have you asked your sponsor for help? They should help you since you will be making them money when you are making money.
When I did my first search I freaked out and ended up closing out the search on my trainer. I didn't realize that I could have asked them for help if I needed to. Now I know that most of them will help with any questions you might have. It seemed overwhelming and very disorganized at first, until I played around and figured it out.
My best advice- go to www.chacha.com and look something up. Make sure that you search with a guide. See what the OTHER person will see when you are searching for them. You don't know how much that helped me out!!! I understood a lot better once I did that. Then I went back on and started training again and I was ok!

What do you mean by pranks?
I am still in training- I am not making any money on my keywords. I have like 30 keywords and as I figure out what I am good at finding and what is popular that I am familiar with, I adjust my keywords as necessary.
Weird though, even though I am not a master guide I have received 8 invites. I think I read that that is possible if you achieve master status overall if you get good ratings, even if you aren't in the rankings for any keywords.
So far I am having a good time and am counting the days til I get to REALLY do a search!
I don't understand how you only made $2. I thought it was $5-10 per search hour.
I'd really like to know more about these pranks...

I think the pranks they are talking about are the people that say they need help with a search, but they actually just want you to look up something that does not exist or they will say they need to know what knd of punishment they could recieve if they were a stalker. Just dumb stuff, which is kind of sad that they have nothing better to do.

I have been with ChaCha since Sept 2006 and, though I don't go up there much anymore, I still like to go in every now and again. I want to keep my active status since it is a legitimate work at home job that pays. I do go on as much because I prefer to do trainings than actual searches. lol.
For those with bad credit and would like a debit card, chacha may just be your answer. You can get a visa debit card with no credit check. I love that aspect.
In addition to be a source of income, it is also something to put on your resume to show that you have experience working from home. Because, just like on the offline world, you have to have a job to get a job.
Just my thoughts. I have invites left in anyone is interested. No hoops to jump through, I send them out first come, first serve. lol.

They do a credit check for the debit card. It says on the form, "bank name, will verify financial information using any means necessary up to and including a credit check".

Hello i like you started about the time when they were having some major problems so for like the first month i didn't do much of anything but it has started to pick up a bit and i have made over 400. in like a month and a half. If you stick with it you can make some money and the more guides you get signed up under you then the more money you can make you just have to work harder when it is slow i play games or do homework until a search comes up so i don't waste time i multi task it. Thats what i do. plus im a stay at home mom so it really helps with what money i do make.

Hey how are you. To increase your $$$ you need to have alot of keywords. I have like 10-15 of them and in 2 weeks time with only going on there for like 2 or 3 hours I made close 2 $50.00

I have 35 keywords...but I only get training offers on 4 or 5 of them.

how am i supposed to get more keywords when im not getting any searches on the words i have? you have to get a certain amount of searches on a word before you can add more keywords.
i hate cha cha, its a waste of my time. i sat on there all day and wasnt getting any searches on my words. like i said, i made $2 in 2 weeks.

oh yes, I also wonder how I made pro at a keyword when I only did the search 3 times yet I have done another one of my keywords about 12 times (all successfully and well) but I am still an apprentice!

I am on ChaCha right now and I wonder how I am able to be a trainer when I am barely know what I am doing myself? I was just asked to do a training session and I accepted but then I accidently closed the program so I lost it...but I made .01
I didn't even know that I could train someone without knowing exactly what to do for them.
Oh yeah...I finally became a pro at one of my keywords! Yay!

if you want keywords, you could use overture or adwords. i use overture a lot and its great. FYI, i am not working at chacha.com. they said you need a master guide. do you guys know any master guide? coz i am really interested in this.

i like cha cha. i have now made over 15$ in about a week. i just started in the middle of january too! the more you work on it the more money you will get. i also like doing the trainings more then the actual searchs.. i get annoyed with the people who mess with you!
