I guess to answer your first question, you're still permitted to receive payments from websites. For example, you accumulate XXX Dollars from Site A and they usually send you a payment via PayPal, your PayPal would still get that payment. However, if you want to withdraw any amount of money from your account, you need to have it verified by adding a bank account. I haven't tried it yet, but I THINK you can still purchase things online without having to verify your account. The downside is that you have a spending limit on the lifetime of your unverified account, which is $500. You can continue to raise the funds in your PayPal account until you can get it verified in the future. You don't have to wait that long anyways ;)

As far as I know, you can still receive online earnings even though your PayPal is not verified. Most cases, especially when you want to purchase something online or withdraw the money that is in your PayPal account, you need to verify it first.

Hi payout, how about asking your siblings or parents to open an account for you, just for this purpose? you need also to verified your account before seller will trust you i guess!

I don't think you need to be verified to receive money from mylot.. I already received payments from other companies and I am not verified.. Still mylot can be different.. Hope you don't need to be verified :D Have a good day..

I am not sure what you mean by paypal account not being varified, but you get a debit/master card and yes you can buy things on e-bay. But your debit card allows you to use just like any other bank card. You earn the money you should be allowed to spend it. Also Try Bank Of America for your bank account. They should allow you to oppen and use your own account as lon as an Adult ok's it. JLMack

Hmm.. I think the best solution is to get a debit card or just have some older fried or relative that can withdraw the money for you. the latter I thin is the safe one cause you will also ahve to agree with some agreement and usually those needs to be 18 years old and above.

I think you can apply for debit card and use it to verify your account there. You should contact them directly and ask for first hand information. They are customer friendly lot and would be glad to answer all your doubts and how to get over it.

As far as I know you need to have a verified Paypal account to withdraw and/or make any kind of purchases with that money. If you can't verify your Paypal account because of your age, then it's best to just let the money accrue. If you can change to a money market account, then do so. At least you will be earning interest on that money.

It seems that I am in the same boat with you. I am being confused too and I suddenly feel I won't get paid actually for I even cannot get that money.It really sucks. Have you worked it out?

hi payout. yes you are right. you don't need to have a verified paypal account to get your money from mylot sent to your account. but you cannot withdraw it unless you get your account verified. well, look at the good side. while waiting till you are 18, your money in paypal account will be more and more. who know when you get it verified, you can withdraw it and buy you own car anyway, you can use it to buy stuff online. basically, you can transfer money from or to your paypal account up to 100 dollars.

Hello, you need to verify your paypal account to "connect" it to your bank account. This will enable you to withdraw the funds to your account. I think if you talk to the bank then they might be able to help you out with this one even without a credit card. If that doesn't work then you can just let the money accumulate in your paypal account. If you live in the US you may even earn interest on it, which is great. I think you can use the money to buy stuff on ebay even without verifying it. Just try it out and see if it works. Try sending paypal an email as well. I did that once and they replied right away with very clear answers.

whoa if that is correct that is indeed sad...i will asnwer the last question.. yes you may buy online stuff using paypal account or you can just send money thru paypal accoutn as well to other users so if you have older person that you can trust with your money you can send it to that person and withdraw from it as well.. thnks hope to be of help..

Hey I never knew under 18s are not allowed to withdraw money. Just open a bank account with minimum balance required. It will be useful for other purposes also. Get your paypal account verified and use money you earn on mylot for online shopping. You are just one year away from 18 and once you are 18 I think you can use your bank account more effectively

I can only speak from experience in New Zealand. I set up a paypal account and I don't currently have a credit card account in New Zealand. However my account is verified and my bank account is connected to paypal to receive payments into. I think the verification is only required for paying money into/out of account if you dont have a bank capable of receiving payments. Check with paypal for your country. In the US i believe they can send money direct from/to there banks without verification. Please correct this if it is incorrect. Again in New Zealand I am sure you do not need verification - if you have a bank capable of receiving funds. Paypal will list those banks.

You don't have to be a verified user to get money from mylot. You just need to verify paypal if you want to withdraw it, and it has nothing to do with mylot. Also, if you use your money in an unverified account, you only have $100 sending limit so be careful not to waste that limit until your account is verified. Don't worry, one more year and you'll be legal, I myself is 17 years old, but I'm getting a debit card soon.
