hi all, i would like to put on about 10kgs/45pounds in 12 weeks could anyone suggest a 7 day diet .. or even 1 day to get me started. i would be an below average on the excercise scale .. as in i dont do much of anything...

techsta Yeah I use manual mode for most unless it's a quick snap though this feels like such a waste sometimes with such an advanced camera. After seeing the photo in the previous response I am so going to have to get a telescope .. I played around with some macro...

techsta OMG that is a wicked shot .. have you got some details on the telescope and the t-mount ? I am in New Zealand so maybe able to find something around on either EBAY or TRADME. Most of my shots of the moon i do with a 300mm lense .. so probably 1/8th the size...

techsta I am a member of entrecard the dropping system that generates a few hundred+ visitors per day (side effect %90 bounce rate) ... I ran a poll got about 23 votes on the average earnings.. its good information and i would discount the votes that say $50+ per day...

techsta I was 12 ... dragged myself from relies house to friends houses etc. I believe I am self sufficient in everyway. I think my social skills did suffer some in the family area.
