ur right my friend....its costly but it works....
retin a contains--retinoic acid....
antibiotic....i prefer azithromycin 500mg...3 days..

I can say a natural remedy prepared at home, take a bowl, mix egg yolk to it, then add some tea spoons of honet to it, and some drops of lime and then shake well and apply it in your face and after 15 minutes rinse of your face with warm water, u can see some glow and improvement in your face and if u reqularly follow this method u would soon be free from pimples

garnier has brought out some pimple buster or somethin ur pimples r gone in six hours or so ..savy rite ..thts all i can sher anyways hope u got somethin out of it

wash ur face 3-4 times daily...preferably cold water....eat healthy...if this doesnt work.....then go for creams...
further advice....just drop in a msg..

I usually use an expofoliate one day, then i usually use zit cream.
