I have had Migrains for 16 yrs, and nothing helps, can anyone give me ideas on what to try next?

docinxs08 hi....usually we start with.....tab.vasogrin taki it whenever u v an episode.....usually a course for 3 months.. if not then we switch to tab.flunarin 10mg once a day....during a attack.....take paracetamol..... but rem u need prescription.....

docinxs08 hi....keep blinkin ur eyes often.... take a break every half n hour....5 min...close ur eyes.... try usin screen shield....u get it anywhere.... consult ur ophthalmologist once in 5 months...

docinxs08 ur right my friend....its costly but it works.... retin a contains--retinoic acid.... antibiotic....i prefer azithromycin 500mg...3 days..

docinxs08 wash ur face 3-4 times daily...preferably cold water....eat healthy...if this doesnt work.....then go for creams... further advice....just drop in a msg..
