And probably in the future you will be back to see it all over again. I've always wanted to travel but doesn't have the money to go places. The farthest place that I have been is within my country, Zambales province. The place is really wonderful, the house is near the beach and all I did was swim and eat fish. It was a worthwhile experience. My best place would be Sta. Cruz Zambales, and my dream place would be Paris ofcourse... And yours?

I've been to several countries, I think my dream place might be Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada. Victoria, B.C. is so beautiful, the island is beautiful and the weather is actually pretty nice. I've been there twice and loved it both times, neither stay was long enough. After that, probably some where along the northern coast of California or Oregon. The most strikingly beautiful place I've ever see is Crater Lake, Oregon. I guess, tho, that I would like to live some place where the summers are mild and the winters are too, and that pretty much leaves the Pacific shore, or the windward side of some islands like Hawaii.

Oh, I've gone to these places mostly on my parent's money, luv. Now that my mom can't travel I don't get to either. The time I went to Crater Lake we also went to Victoria B.C. the first time, we drove up the Pacific coast from San Francisco. The second trip was when my sister was living in Washington state and mom and I drove up via Yellowstone to visit her from Mom's condo in Colorado. Heck, mom even took me back to England in 1995.

I really envy people like you who has the time and the money to go to places and see how beautiful they are. See their history and culture and experience them as well. While I spend most of my time here in my little home in Tondo, you in the other hand spend yours watching Gods beautiful creations.

I'm glad you liked my comment - you are aware that Vancouver isn't on Vancouver Island aren't you? Weird I know, like Kansas City is actually in Missouri... Victoria is on the island and is so beautiful, like London without the size, congestion and smog.

My favorite place in the world honestly is a little lake by my grandparents old place. It had these huge really white rocks on three sides a tiny island in the center and it was about a half mile hike from the nearest signs of people. I would row out to the island and just lay there watching the different animals that would show up. That is where I saw my first fox and it's my happy place I go to in my mind when I need to leave reality behind me. I know it sounds lame to some people but it's heaven to me.

I don't find it lame at all. Being where you are which you find comforting to you is the best place one could ever wish for. It is so relaxing and you know in mind you are at peace because in silence is where you will find yourself again. Thanks for that freedomg.

Hi, I've been to Thailand, Hongkong, China, Philippines, Singapore, Indonesia, United States and Mexico. I'd like to travel again to China to Beijing - I'd very much want to visit the Great Wall of China and the Forbidden City. And the next place I'd like to go, is Athens in Greece - I'd love to see the historical sites and ancient ruins.

So how do you find my country? What places here did you went to? China is one of my top ten places where I would like to go. The Great wall of China is quite famous and I've heard a lot of stories about it, even in the movie Mulan it was a vital part of the invasions of the Huns. The Forbidden City is a mystery to me but I bet that China would not be complete without this Chinese Imperial palace. It bares many historic events and probably the most preserve artifacts in China are here. I am not quite sure about this one, I can only guess. Maybe you could educate me.

I've been to Kauai Hawaii which has to be the absolute best place for waterfalls. The lush green countryside is a beauty for the eyes. Imagine rolling hills of green grass, exotic flowers and scents that assault the sweetness inside your brain. From the moment we landed, to the moment we left I soaked up as much of the country as I could. We stayed in a cute 3 room with kitchen cottage up on a mountaintop overlooking the water. A winding road took us to the top plateau, where million dollar homes lined the one road in or out. From up there the fresh sea air was there to greet us in the morning and lull us to sleep in the evening. Followed by cool ocean air, there was never a need for airconditioning. We just opened the windows and let it all blow in. Evening thunderstorms rolled in to add a wonderful sparkle to the large leafy plants. After a quick storm the earth was once again renewed and clean. The ocean water was clear and the bluest of blue. Gazing out it went on forever. In the evening the waves came crashing in. The sun reflected off the waves were a the perfect vision for a rainbow on the horizon. We we explored the island the friendliness of the people was a welcome change from the anger of the mainland. We easily made friends at the local farmers market where exotic fruits and vegetables were a must try. Exploration to the other side of the island was a surprise to find desert like condition, harsh baren rock and steep clifts. Still the beauty was not to be shaken off. A climb to the higher elevations greeted us with numerous views of waterfalls cascading down to clear pools of refreshing pleasure. I would recommend Kauai to anyone wanting to get away from the maddening crowds, clear your head, and enjoy nature.

Hi! I was really fortunate and when I was younger my parents took me and my brother to some fantastic places all over the world! My favourite place I have been is Vancouver in Canada; in the space of 2 weeks, I learnt how to snowboard (badly!), drove a speedboat (badly!) and ice skated on a frozen pond at the top of a mountain (pretty well!!) and all of these things were in easy distance from the city, it was magical! I want to go over there to work for a year when I finish my degree. I think any sort of travel is good for people, it helps to broaden horizons and makes you realise that there is a big wide world out there, as well as being a lot of fun!!! xx

If I had done the same things that you've done maybe now I am crippled because I am not that sporty, I am the type of person who rather watch it rather than do it myself. But one thing is for sure I want to go places such as Vancouver Canada. Is it true that there are lots of Canadians in Vancouver?

I've been into few countries like India, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore, and I am currently in Egypt. I probably say I have a lot of fun in Vietnam because it's similar in our home country. But I'm sure that the best of what I am to see is yet to come!

i haven't been to zambales but i have heard so many good stories about that place. maybe i will visit it one day. i am also from the philippines just like you. one place country i've been to was singapore. it is a very clean country with people who are so disciplined in everything, especially in following the country's rules. it is so small but there are lots of places you can go to visit. but i can say that the best place i've been to is here in sweden. i have been living here with my boyfriend for more than a year and it's definitely a great place. no pollution and crime rate is so low. the people are friendly and the environment is so great.

Zambales is a nice place, it is filled with beaches that are so wonderful and somehow virgin for few people have been there to be astonished and experienced it. One of the nicest about Zambales, the fruit that I always brag about to my friends and officemates is the mango fruit which I can say that it is so sweet and tasty. You just have to be there next time you go planning on having a trip.

As traveling is my top hobby I have been to many different places in the world. So far my favorite countries that I have been to are Samoa, Australia, New Zealand, the Seychelles and Belize. The nicest cities that I have visited are Sydney, San Francisco, Prague, Budapest, Dubrovnik, Salzburg and Lisbon. I love to spend time on palm fringed beaches, go snorkeling around coral reefs, meet the local people and watch the native wildlife. I appreciate seeing attractive architecture, finding out about history and learning about different cultures. I would love to go to South America to walk the Inca Trail, Cruise around the Galapagos Islands and see the lakes of Chile. I am keen to go to Cape Town and Vancouver. I hope to visit more tropical islands like Mauritius, Madagascar, Tobago and Grenada. I would love to go to the Philippines to do some island hopping and snorkeling. I hope that you will visit Paris one day, it is such a beautiful city.

I wish I'll have that kind of privileges. There are lots of places to go here in the Philippines, such as Boracay, Cebu, Palawan and among others. But even I have not yet seen them, I just see them in pictures and imagine that I am there. Well that's the closest that I'll ever be in seeing them. But I do wish all those day dreamings will come true. Maybe when you come to my country I can give you a tour, but how effective can I be as a tourist guide if I don't even know the place. Anyways thanks for dropping by.

Paris is my dream destination too...I'd also like to visit Fiji, South Korea, Finland and all other places the world can offer. I've always loved traveling, I tried to go outside my country but then I realized that there are lots of things I should discover in my own place. The best place I have been so far is Palawan. I consider the island as my own sanctuary and a hidden paradise...It's a combination of African Safari, Beaches in Bali and a whole lot more...Try to visit the place and I'll assure you, you'll never regret it.

Hi Rhyanne, your place sounds wonderful & I love to be beside the beach, enjoying the sea....breeze. I do hope I will get to visit one day. I would say the best place I have been to was Egypt. I love it there and esp. the historical places like this. It was indeed a dream come true for me to have visited Egypt and I would never have thought I could go there at that time, it was a last minute decisionI really enjoyed it tremendously. Besides that I have been to Sydney and Singapore which was a nice experience too. I am wishing I would get to go to China, Japan and New Zealand in my lifetime. Cheers and have a good weekend.

Thanks Desierra. I also love the sea that's why I enjoy Zambales so much. I'll post some of my pictures of Zambales for all mylotters to see. I love to visit Egypt someday and explore its beauty and learn from it's history. Japan is a wonderful place to visit too because of its culture, same as China. I just hope I'll have the chance to visit them all.

I've never to both of them. I been to local carnivals in my province which is nothing compared to Disneyland, and Star City a counterpart of Disneyland somehow but like the first one it's not really as nice as Disneyland. Probably someday I'll be able to go there.

The best country I have ever been to is Iceland. It has a small population and a lot of wild countryside, with dramatic volcanoes, lakes and waterfalls. I saw snowfields, glaciers and jets of hot steam rising from bubbling mud. I went there in midsummer. On the longest day the sun never set. I remember leaving the hotel at midnight and there were many people outside enjoying the low sunlight. I remember watching sea eagles and seeing seals. There are no trees there but many wildflowers and birds. I have been to Paris, and I love London, where I lived for many years, but I prefer quiet, natural places.

I like travelling very much. I like to see different scenes and different people. But i did not have money when i was a college student and now i can earn money but i do not have time. The best place i have been is Mt.Tai in Shandong province. It is 1500metres high and one of the five greatest mountains in China. To reach the Mount Tai's summit, we followed the zigzag and tortuous paths, along which we feasted our eyes on the charming scenery and appreciate the ancient architectural works of various styles. Another place i love is the Great Wall in Beijing, the capital of China. The best place i want to go is Yunnan, one of provinces of China with quite beautiful scenes.
