1.eat blmonds--anmond is believed to improve memory.if a combination of almond oil and milk is taken together before going bed or after getting up at moring,it strengthens our memory power;2.drink apple juice--research from the University of Massachusetts Lowell indicates that apple juice increase the production of the essential neurotransmitter acetylcholine in the brain,resulting in an increased memory power;3.practice yoga or meditation--yoga or meditation relives stress.stress is known memory buster.with less stress,lower blood pressure,slower respiration,slower metabolish,and released muscle tension follows.
all of these factors contribute significantly towards increase in our brainpower.

Thanks for sharing a useful information. I don't your no 1 & 2 regularly. But I do meditation. I have already experienced its wonderful effect on mind and body. When I feel sleepless, meditation helps me. Interestingly when I feel unnecessarily sleepy, few deep breaths and little bit of meditation again comes to rescue me.
Also after meditation, my mind is full of eternal bliss. Psychoneuroimmunology (PNI) and neuro science have established the good effects of meditation on mind and body beyond any doubt.

Thank you for sharing this information. I do take apple juice. To improve my memory I take gingko capsules. I also do mental exercies like always learning new skills to keep me mentally sharp. My teacher used to tell us to eat eggs to improve our memory.
