I'm guessing you are new to ebay and don't fully understand the rules of the site?
You really should have thought about it all a little more before buying / bidding on the item.
If I were you, I'd just pay for the item and take it as a lesson not to bid or buy if you don't really want to pay a certain price for the item.
The seller can open a dispute against you as a "non paying buyer' and you could potentially end up with a strike against your name.
I think from memory if you get three strikes, you're out.

Well, there is not an excuse to not buy it. You have entered into a binding contract to purchase it. If you feel that you gave too much for it, that is your loss. You could attempt to resell it if you don't want it,but there is no guarantee that you will sell it or get the money that you want out of it.

no excuses ... how would you feel that you sold something and now that person do not wont it ... the thing that you can do is pay for it and then learn from your mistakes ... thats what the real people will do but if you are not that kind of then you can chouse not to pay

None. If you entered into a contract to buy the item you need to pay for it. Too many people bid on things without thinking it through clearly, that is part of the reason those sites work. Legally you entered into a binding contract and are obligated to pay. Will anything happen to you if you don't, perhaps you will at worst get kicked off the site. I guess they could take legal action against you but unless it is for a large amount they won't. You really just need to make a choice, you do the right thing and keep your word or you back out and live with cheating the someone and the system.
