1.fixing jiggy hearbeats.a 12-year Brigham and Women's Hospital study of 4800 people found that those who ate any fish one to four times a week had 28 percent lower risk of atrial fibrillation than those who avoided fish; 2.Northwestern Uniwersity scientists analyzed eight studies,involving 200575 people,and concluded that eating fatty fish just once a week cut the rish of clot-caused strokes by 13 percent ,though it had no effort on strokes from burst blood vessels; 3.disrupting atherosclerosis.a Harvard study of 727 women found that those who ate fatty fish almost every day--compared with those who ate it only three times a month--had 7 to 10 percent lower blood levels of molecules that bind heart plaque-building cells to artery walls.
